Carribean Mango Passion
4 Orange/Mango Wild Fruitz Beverages
Sautée the 4 shallots in a pan with 1/2 stick of unsalted butter. In another pan combine 4 bottles Wild Fruitz Orange/Mango sparkling juices with 1/2 stick unsalted butter. Mix in 1/2 bottle of white wine. Alwac (combine) the contents of the two pans. Whisk in a quart of heavy cream (not for the faint of heart!).
Brown the fish in a pan for three minutes on each side. Put the fish in an oven pan and pour the contents of the combined sautéed sauces over the fish. Place in a pre-heated oven for 12 minutes at 375°. Serves four when cooked.
Serve. Very Enjoyable.
